            Procession on May 20, 2006 between 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – starting on Oak

             Street to Grove Street, Monroe Street, Myrtle Avenue and ending on Oak Street

            (Contingent upon Police Department approval)

 

9.         Veterans Alliance of Passaic – 4-6 Tulip Street – submitting application to hold a parade on May 29, 2006 between 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. starting between Highland Avenue and Lexington Avenue crossing Burgess Pl., President Street to Armory Park.

 

10.        Yo-Yo Inc. – 18-20 Lexington Avenue, submitting an application to hold sidewalk sales for May 26, 27, 28, 29, July 1, 2, 3, 4, August 4, 5, 6, September 1, 2, 3, 4, October 6, 7, 8, 9, 2006.

 

11.        Pulaski  School No. 8 – 100 Fourth Street submitting application to have Field Day at Pulaski Park on June 2, 2006 between 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Contingent upon Police Department approval)

 

12.        Primera Iglesia  Bautista Hispana de Passaic- 189 Paulison Avenue submitting an application to have a flea market on church parking lot on June 3, 2006 and July 1, 2006 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Contingent upon Police Department approval)

Box 1954, Passaic, NJ submitting their applications for their annual flag raising in front of City Hall between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Parade between 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. starting from Passaic Street and terminating at the Third Ward Park where Festival will be held between the hours of 12 noon to 7 p.m. on June 11, 2006.

 

14.        Vincent Capuana, Director of Code Enforcement submitting a request for refund for a occupancy certificate application fee in the amount of $50.00 for Jose A. Tejada c/o Pop’s Pizzeria 430 Oak Street

 

15.        City Clerk’s Office submitting a request for refund for Dog License fee for year 2005/2006 to Mr. Marino Abreu – 119 Lexington Avenue in the amount of $6.20.

 

16.        Our Lady of Fatima Church – 32 Exchange Place submitting an application to hold  their annual picnic/festival on church property for June 16th  6 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 17th  4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and June 18th  12 noon to 8 p.m.

 

17.        Vincent Capuana School #15 – 375 Broadway submitting an application to have a field day on June 2, 2006 with a  rain date of  June 9, 2006 between 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

 

17A.   Passaic P.A.L. 42 Fourth Street/Recreation Department 330 Passaic Street submitting an application to have a motorcycle show at the Third Ward Park on June 3, 2006 with a rain date of June 4, 2006 between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
