Welcome to the City of Passaic Purchasing Division.  Our goal is to assure uniformity of purchasing procedures as well as compliance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, the Pay to Play Laws, and to familiarize vendors as well as using agencies with the procedures and responsibilities for purchasing goods and services under the above referenced laws.
