NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Proposals / bid sheet will be received on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 @ 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey and then publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing and delivery to the City of Passaic of the following:

HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM

RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION

CITY OF PASSAIC

Bids are being sought for individual home rehabilitation projects for residential properties

that are 1 to 4 family residences.

Instructions, Specifications, and Proposal / bid sheets may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, City Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ between the hours of 8 :30 AM. and 4:00 P.M. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Proposal / bid sheet must be made on the standard Proposal Form provided.

Proposal Ibid sheet and all other required documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Passaic, Division of Purchasing, Attn: Doris Dudek, Director of Purchasing; 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ; bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and the Housing Program Case # PA07-5644.

If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
