NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Proposals/bid sheet will be received on Thursday, June 5, 2008@ 10:30 A.M. prevailing time in the Council Chambers, 1 st Floor Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, New Jersey and then publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing and delivery to the City of Passaic of the following:

HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM

RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION

CITY OF PASSAIC

Bids are being sought for individual home rehabilitation projects for residential properties that are 1 to 4 family residences.

Instructions, Specifications, and Proposal/bid sheets may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, City Hall, 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ between the hours of8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.(973-365-5599)

Proposal/bid sheet must be made on the standard Proposal Form provided.

Proposal /bid sheet and all other required documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Passaic, Division of Purchasing, Attn: Doris Dudek, Director of Purchasing; 330 Passaic Street, Passaic, NJ; bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and the Housing Program Case # PA-07-5662-1.

If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
