About
The USDA Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children is commonly known as WIC. WIC is a successful public health nutrition program that provides vouchers for nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding education and support, and community referrals for income eligible women who are pregnant and postpartum, infants and children up to five years old. We are continuing hybrid appointments with the exception of new enrollments. If your phone number has changed, please call 973-365-5620 or email the WIC Program. Be sure to tell us your name, your child’s name, and your new phone number.
If you are new to WIC, your appointment will be in-person.

The food list has been updated effective 1/1/24. It is available in English, Spanish, Polish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Bangla.

Did you receive Farmers Market benefits?
They expire November 30, 2024. Benefits do not carry over into 2025.
You can use them at any authorized Farmers Market.
The farmer will scan your QR code and tell you the remaining balance after each transaction.
You can use your WIC cash value benefits at certain farmers markets.
You can only purchase locally grown produce with your Farmers Market benefits.

WIC Online Nutrition Education
You don't have to be a WIC client to access our online education - anyone can do it! Sign on as a guest.
If your next WIC appointment is for nutrition class/education, you can take the class online using your phone, tablet, or computer. Visit www.njwiconline.org and create an account using your 10-digit Family ID number or (NEW!) you can register with your eWIC card. You can log on at any time!
