MUNICIPAL ENGINEER- Passaic City, Full-Time. . Must possess a valid NJ Driver’s License and a Professional Engineer’s License issued by the NJ State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Supervises the field and office engineering work involved in municipal construction activities. Experience in traffic, sewer, road construction, project management, and general civil and mechanical engineering required. Knowledge of Federal and State grants including but not limited to, CDBG, DOT, Open Space and Green Acres, preferred. Will be required to review Planning & Zoning Board plans/reports submitted by applicants. Will be required to perform daily functions of the Parking Authority and to carry out policies set by the Commissioners. Must be organized, detail oriented and possess outstanding communication and management skills. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
