Lead inspector- City of Passaic- Full Time- Monday through Friday; 32.5 hours per week for our lead-based paint hazard program. Spanish Bi-lingual preferred.
Must possess a valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of passing both a Visual Assessment and Lead Dust Sampling Technician certification course issued by EPA/HUD within 30 days after hire date.
Must be organized, detail oriented and possess outstanding communication and management skills. Perform a variety of duties including inspections, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, record searching, mailing, scanning, filing, and logging of assignments to complete work flow documentation and other related tasks.
