Duties

The Finance Department is responsible for all city’s fiscal operations, including:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Budget Preparation and Control
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Debt Management
  • Financial Accounting
  • Grant Management

All of these duties are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the State Division of Local Government.
