Notice of Transition to Electronic Publication of Legal Notices

Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, the City of Passaic will transition to publishing all legal notices on the City’s official website, effective March 1, 2026. Until that time, legal notices, including resolutions, official proclamations, ordinances, proposals for public works bids, and notices from the City Council, Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Rent Leveling Board, and all other City boards, committees, departments, and agencies—will continue to be published in the City’s designated newspapers as required by law.

Beginning March 1, 2026, all legal notices will be posted primarily on this website.

Legal notices will be available free of charge under the section “Legal Notices”, accessible from the homepage at https://www.cityofpassaic.com.

Once the New Jersey Secretary of State’s legal notice webpage is available, a link will be provided here. Until then, this notice meets P.L. 2025, c.72, by publishing on the City’s website.
