We invite representatives of diverse Statewide or regional business organizations that represent the interests of minority businesses, as defined in section 2 of P.L.1986, c. 195 (C.52:27H-21.18) and members of the public to review and make comments regarding the Passaic UEZ 5-Year Zone Development Plan for a minimum period of 30 days in compliance with Section 9 of P.L.1983, c.303 (C.52:27H-68) Preliminary zone development plan of the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act.
